Terms of Service
Last updated: 7/27/2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BloxCord, an independent dashboard for managing Roblox groups and communities. They apply to every User and Organization that uses the Service. Effective date: 7/27/2026.
1. About BloxCord & Acceptance of These Terms
BloxCord ("BloxCord", "we", "us", or "our") is a service operated by Starstruck Solutions LLC, contactable at help@starsol.io or at address 1007 N Orange Street, #3029, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States of America. BloxCord is a web dashboard for managing Roblox groups and communities, including organizations, roles and permissions, sessions, reputation, handbooks, audit logs, webhooks, analytics, and related features (collectively, the "Service").
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and BloxCord. By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or connecting a Roblox or Discord account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you use the Service on behalf of an Organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that Organization to these Terms.
2. Definitions
"User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service. "Account" means the account a User creates or authenticates through Roblox and/or Discord.
"Organization" means a workspace within the Service that is linked to a Roblox group. "Owner", "Admin", and "Member" refer to the roles a User may hold within an Organization, each with different permissions.
"Roblox Account" and "Discord Account" mean third-party accounts you connect to the Service via OAuth. "Content" means any data, text, images, configurations, or other materials you submit to, upload to, or generate through the Service.
"Plus" means BloxCord Plus, a one-time purchase. "Premium" means BloxCord Premium, a recurring subscription. "API" means any application programming interface we make available as part of the Service.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Roblox and by the law of your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You authenticate through Roblox OAuth and/or Discord OAuth. You represent that you own, or are authorized to use, any account you connect, and that connecting it does not violate any third-party terms.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must keep your credentials, session keys, and access tokens secure, and you must notify us promptly at help@starsol.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accounts are personal to a single person. You must not share your Account, credentials, or authenticated sessions with, or allow them to be used by, any other person. Where others need access, use the Organization role and permission system to grant it instead of sharing an Account.
We may treat Accounts or Organizations that remain inactive for an extended period as dormant, and we reserve the right to reclaim, restrict, or delete dormant Accounts, Organizations, or their data, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate Accounts as described in the "Suspension & Termination" section below.
4. Relationship to Roblox & Discord
BloxCord is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. "Roblox" and "Discord" and related marks are the property of their respective owners.
You must comply with the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards, and the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, at all times when using the Service. Your use of BloxCord does not exempt you from those rules.
Roblox and Discord control their own platforms, APIs, and policies and may change or discontinue them at any time. Features of the Service that depend on those platforms may break, change, or be removed as a result, without liability to us.
We are not responsible for any action Roblox or Discord takes against your accounts, groups, or communities, including moderation, suspension, or termination.
5. Organizations & Roles
An Organization is linked to a Roblox group. The Roblox group owner and the admins they authorize control the Organization, its settings, and its Members.
The Service provides a role and permission system. Organization Owners and Admins are solely responsible for whom they grant access to and for the permission levels they assign.
Disputes over ownership or control of a Roblox group or an Organization are between the Users involved. We may rely on Roblox group ownership and role data to determine control, and we are not obligated to mediate such disputes.
We act on the instructions and configuration provided by an Organization's registered Owner and the Admins they authorize, and we are not liable for acting on them. If control of a Roblox group changes, we may recognize the ownership and roles reflected in Roblox data, and we are not responsible for any loss of access, Content, or entitlements resulting from ownership or leadership changes or disputes.
Actions taken through the Service — including setting ranks, issuing bans, uploading/publishing images, and creating audit entries — are the responsibility of the User and Organization that performed them.
An Organization is responsible for all Content created within it, including comments, log entries, titles, handbooks, configurations, and any other text or media, regardless of which Member submitted it. All such Content must be lawful and age-appropriate, and the Organization must comply with applicable Roblox and Discord rules.
If an Organization enables image or media uploads for its Members, both the Organization and the uploading User are responsible and liable for that media and for any resulting damages. Organizations that allow uploads must make a reasonable effort to prevent illegal, infringing, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited images and media from appearing in the Organization, including by moderating uploads and promptly removing violating content.
6. BloxCord Is a Tool, Not an Employment or HR Service
BloxCord provides features that Organizations may use to track sessions, shifts, points, quotas, reputation, promotions, demotions, warnings, and bans. These are tools that support your own decisions; they are not decisions made by BloxCord.
Organizations and their authorized Users are solely responsible for any staffing, ranking, disciplinary, membership, or similar decisions they make, whether or not those decisions are informed by BloxCord data. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or human-resources provider, and BloxCord is not an employment or HR service.
We are not responsible or liable for those decisions or for the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of the underlying metrics, calculations, sessions, points, or records.
7. Data About Non-Users & In-Experience Activity
The Service collects and processes data about Roblox users who may not hold a BloxCord Account, which may include playtime and session tracking, in-experience presence and activity, live-view and replay of in-experience activity, approximate location derived from network signals such as ping-based triangulation, ban records, reputation targets, and audit targets (collectively, Subject Data).
As between BloxCord and an Organization, the Organization is the controller of the Subject Data collected through its use of the Service. The Organization is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process that data and for providing all required notices, disclosures, and consents to its Members and to the players in its experiences. BloxCord processes Subject Data on the Organization's behalf as its processor, in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Organizations subject to data-protection laws (such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA) are responsible for their own compliance. Our standard data processing addendum (DPA) is available to such Organizations on request at help@starsol.io. Where data is transferred across borders, we and the Organization rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Game-Internal API and related integrations collect gameplay, session, and telemetry data from Roblox experiences connected to an Organization. You acknowledge that in-experience activity may be recorded, stored, and replayed through the Service, and the Organization is responsible for disclosing this collection and recording to affected players where required by law or by Roblox rules.
You and your Organization must not use the Service to collect or process data in violation of applicable law, Roblox rules, or Discord rules.
8. Discord Communications & Role Management
Where you or your Organization enable Discord features, the Service may send messages through Discord, including direct messages, for transactional and Organization purposes such as reputation changes, birthday shoutouts, and billing notices. By enabling or using these features, you and your Members consent to receiving these messages.
You can opt out of non-essential Discord messages using the controls provided in the Service or in Discord, for example by disabling direct messages or leaving the relevant server. Essential transactional messages may continue while you use the Service.
You authorize BloxCord to add, remove, and modify Discord roles on your behalf and on behalf of your Organization's Members as part of the role-sync and management features you enable. Organizations are responsible for configuring these features and for the role changes they cause.
By adding our Discord bot to a server, the Organization grants it the permissions needed to manage roles, nicknames, messages, and related settings, and is responsible for the permissions it grants and for the bot's position in the role hierarchy. You may revoke this access at any time by removing the bot or adjusting its permissions. We are not liable for role, nickname, permission, or message changes made in accordance with your configuration, or for Discord rate limits, outages, or actions that affect these features.
9. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, in-app notification, and Discord. Transactional and Service-related communications, such as security, billing, and account notices, are part of the Service, and you cannot opt out of them while you maintain an Account.
If we send marketing or promotional communications, you may opt out of them at any time using the unsubscribe or preference controls provided, without affecting transactional communications.
Communications sent to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
10. Reputation & User Commentary
The Service lets Users and Organizations create reputation entries, comments, audit entries, and similar commentary about Users and players. This Content is created by Users and Organizations, not by BloxCord.
The submitting User and the Organization are solely responsible for such Content, including for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and not defamatory, harassing, or otherwise prohibited. We do not verify this Content and are not responsible or liable for it.
The Service provides mechanisms to edit, redact, or remove such Content. Requests to remove unlawful or violating commentary can be sent to help@starsol.io, and we may remove Content or restrict Accounts as described in these Terms.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or for harassment, abuse, exploitation, or any activity that violates Roblox or Discord rules.
You must not submit, upload, or generate Content that is discriminatory, hateful, harassing, illegal, sexual or exploitative of minors, violent, or otherwise prohibited. All Content must be age-appropriate and comply with applicable law and with Roblox and Discord rules.
You must not modify, inject into, tamper with, or otherwise alter the Service's client, frontend, or delivered code using scripts, browser extensions, userscripts, automation, or any other means. The only permitted client-side customization is theme, color, and style changes made available through official BloxCord features to active BloxCord Premium subscribers.
You must not misuse the Service or its backend. You must respect all rate limits and quotas, and you must not manipulate, exploit, or otherwise attempt to coerce the API or backend into granting unauthorized access to data or functionality.
You must not scrape data from the Service, nor use programs, bots, or automation to issue abusive actions. You must not access the API outside of the officially delivered frontend without a valid API key issued by us.
You must not spam or flood the API, create mass logbook or audit actions, raid, or take any action that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the Service or with other users' use of it.
You must not perform vulnerability, penetration, or security testing against the Service, and you must not attempt to access data, Organizations, or features that you are not authorized to access.
If you happen to discover a vulnerability, you must notify us promptly at help@starsol.io of any vulnerability that may risk the security of BloxCord or its users. You must not exploit it or disclose it publicly before we have implemented a fix, if applicable.
You must not attempt to breach or circumvent the security of the Service, including our web application firewall, rate limiting, and authentication controls, and you must not reverse engineer the Service.
You must not probe, inspect, crawl, or analyze the Service in an attempt to copy, imitate, or reproduce it or its features, and you must not copy, extract, or repurpose our frontend source code, markup, styling, design code, or overall look and feel to build, train, or assist in building an unauthorized reproduction, derivative, or competing product.
You must not use BloxCord to mass-moderate, rank, ban, or otherwise affect users abusively, deceptively, or in violation of Roblox rules.
You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited images or media to profile banners, cosmetics, or any other upload surface. Uploaded media is subject to our content rules and the takedown process described in the "User Content & Licenses" section.
You must not impersonate BloxCord or Starstruck Solutions staff, other Users, Organizations, or Roblox or Discord personnel, and you must not falsely claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or authority from any of them.
You must not attempt to circumvent or evade any enforcement action, including by creating or using additional Accounts or Organizations to evade a suspension, termination, ban, or other restriction applied to you, your Account, or your Organization.
You must not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise make the Service or API access available to third parties as your own service, except through the intended Organization model.
You must not use reputation scores, logbook or audit entries, moderation records, or other Service output to harass, dox, threaten, defame, or unfairly blacklist any person, or in any way that violates applicable law or Roblox or Discord rules.
You must not use the Service to operate, organize, promote, or support hateful, extremist, terrorist, criminal, or otherwise unlawful groups, communities, or activities.
We may remove Content, and restrict, suspend, or disable features or Accounts, in response to actual or suspected violations of this section.
12. API Access & API Keys
The API is intended to be accessed through the officially delivered BloxCord frontend. Any programmatic or automated access outside of that frontend requires a valid API key issued by us, and must stay within the limits and scopes associated with that key.
API keys are confidential. You must not share an API key with, or expose it to, any unauthorized person. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out with your API key, whether or not authorized by you, and you must notify us promptly at help@starsol.io if a key is lost, leaked, or compromised. You may also pause, terminate, or delete an API Key through your organization's dashboard.
You must respect the rate limits and quotas applied to your key. Scraping, flooding, mass or automated logbook actions, raiding, or any use that disrupts the Service or other users is prohibited and may result in throttling, revocation of keys, or suspension.
We may issue, rotate, throttle, or revoke API keys, and change API endpoints, scopes, limits, and behavior, at any time.
We may also monitor, deny, throttle, or block API access from any source, user, or organization for any reason, including suspected abuse, violation of these Terms, or security concerns.
Included in these terms is the BloxCord Game-Internal API, which facilitates communication between Roblox Experience gameservers and BloxCord Servers. The Game-Internal API is intended for use by Roblox Experience gameservers only, and is not intended for use by any other client or program. Any use of the Game-Internal API outside of a Roblox Experience gameserver is prohibited and may result in revocation of access, suspension, or termination.
The same rules apply to the Game-Internal API as to the public API: you must not share or expose your key, you must not use it to scrape, flood, or disrupt the Service, and you must not attempt to access data or features you are not authorized to access. We may revoke, rotate, or throttle keys and endpoints at any time.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the implementation of the Game-Internal API, and you must not attempt to use it to gain unauthorized access to data or features.
13. User Content & Licenses
You retain ownership of the Content you submit, including handbooks, profile text, uploaded banners and cosmetics, and webhook configurations.
You grant BloxCord a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your Content solely as needed to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service. This license ends when your Content is deleted, except for copies retained in backups or as required by law for a reasonable period.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your Content and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law. You agree to indemnify us for Content you submit, as described in the "Indemnification" section.
To report infringing or unlawful content, contact help@starsol.io. We will review valid reports and may remove content, disable access, or restrict Accounts. Uploaded media may be hosted and delivered via our content-delivery provider using signed URLs; removal from the Service may not immediately purge cached copies.
The Service is not a backup service. You are responsible for maintaining your own records and copies of your Content.
14. DMCA & Repeat-Infringer Policy
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe Content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent that includes: (i) your physical or electronic signature; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (iii) identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information to locate it; (iv) your contact information; (v) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (vi) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Designated agent for DMCA notices: Starstruck Solutions LLC, 1007 N Orange Street, #3029, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States of America, help@starsol.io.
If your Content was removed under the DMCA and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the information required by the DMCA. We may restore the Content if the complaining party does not file a court action within the time the DMCA allows.
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the Accounts or Organizations of Users who are repeat infringers.
15. Fair Use & Storage Limits
The Service applies quotas and limits, including storage limits for handbooks, images, and other Content. Your use must stay within the limits applicable to your plan or entitlement.
We may set, change, and enforce reasonable usage, rate, and storage limits, and we may throttle, restrict, or remove Content or features to protect the Service and its users. Excessive or abusive use may result in restriction, suspension, or termination.
16. Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Service relies on third-party providers, which may include: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (image hosting, storage, CDN, and delivery), the Roblox API, the Discord API, and our hosting and database infrastructure providers.
Your use of features that depend on these providers is also subject to their terms and privacy policies for the portions of the Service they power. We are not liable for outages, errors, changes, or actions of third-party providers.
If you configure webhooks, you are responsible for the endpoints you point them at and for the data you send to them. We are not responsible for third-party systems that receive webhook data.
The Service may contain or reference third-party sites, servers, and destinations, such as Discord invites and external links, that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and you access them at your own risk.
17. Paid Plans, Billing, Trials & Cosmetics
Billing has two separate scopes: user billing (personal to a User) and organization billing (attached to an Organization). Entitlements purchased under one scope do not automatically apply to the other, and each is billed and managed separately.
We offer BloxCord Plus as a one-time purchase and BloxCord Premium as a recurring subscription. Premium may be offered with a paid trial: where stated at checkout, an initial fee is charged immediately and the subscription then renews on a recurring basis (for example, after one week) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We may also offer additional products, add-ons, upgrades, or entitlements, including organization-scoped purchases that unlock features, capacity, or functionality for an Organization, offered as one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, or consumable items. These products are governed by these Terms, including the Virtual Items section, together with any product-specific terms shown at checkout.
Pricing, billing frequency, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel or manage a subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable fees.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must make or authorize each purchase and agrees to these Terms with respect to it. You (and, for a minor, the responsible parent or legal guardian) are responsible for all charges incurred under your Account, including any unauthorized use of a payment method by a minor.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, VAT, and similar government charges associated with your purchases, other than taxes based on our net income.
Except where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused features, or entitlements. Some consumer-protection laws may grant you rights that cannot be waived; nothing in these Terms limits those rights where they apply.
If a plan includes a paid trial, the initial trial fee is charged immediately and is non-refundable, including if you cancel during the trial period. Cancelling during a trial stops future renewals but does not refund the initial trial fee.
Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period for digital purchases (for example, under EU or UK consumer law), by purchasing and requesting access to digital content or entitlements that begin immediately, you expressly request that we begin performance right away and you acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once access begins. One-time content (such as Plus) and any paid-trial fee are supplied as digital content that begins immediately with your consent.
You are solely responsible for keeping track of your subscriptions and their renewal dates. If you no longer intend to pay for your entitlements, you must cancel your plan before it renews. Renewals that have already been charged are non-refundable.
Discretionary or manually granted entitlements are provided at our sole discretion and may be modified or revoked at any time.
Cosmetics and other virtual items are governed by the Virtual Items section below. In summary, they are a limited, revocable license, are available only while the associated entitlement is active, and lapse when it ends.
We may change pricing. For recurring plans, we will provide reasonable advance notice of price changes, which will take effect on your next renewal after the notice period.
18. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at help@starsol.io so we can try to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms.
Initiating a chargeback may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your Account and Organizations and forfeiture of your entitlements, in addition to any other remedies available to us.
The initial fee for a paid trial is non-refundable, including if you cancel during the trial period.
19. Virtual Items
Plus, Premium, and other paid products, as well as any other items we add in the future, may include virtual items, cosmetics, and feature unlocks, such as custom nameplate gradients, profile banners, and features, capacity, or functionality unlocked for a User or an Organization by a purchase (collectively, Virtual Items). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, whether purchased under user billing or organization billing.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Virtual Items while your associated entitlement is active. You do not own Virtual Items, they are not your property, and they have no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
We may modify, replace, revoke, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time. Virtual Items lapse when the associated entitlement ends; underlying stored values may be retained but will not be displayed or applied.
We may change, limit, modify, or remove the functionality, appearance, availability, or behavior of any feature, entitlement, or Virtual Item at any time, including features that were previously purchased or unlocked, and we may do so without providing a refund except where required by applicable law. You acknowledge that purchases are made based on the Service as it exists at the time of purchase, and not in reliance on any future functionality, feature, or Virtual Item.
20. Intellectual Property
The BloxCord name, logo, software, user interface, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, we grant you no license or rights to our intellectual property.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without obligation to you.
You may not use the BloxCord name, logo, or other brand features, or any confusingly similar marks, without our prior written permission, and you must not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with us. Factual references to the Service and unaltered screenshots are permitted where they are not misleading and do not suggest endorsement.
21. Availability, Changes & Beta Features
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we may perform maintenance that results in downtime.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including pre-release, experimental, or "unreleased" features, which may be changed or removed without notice and are provided without warranty.
The Service uses variable, internally managed request routing: your requests may be distributed across multiple servers, nodes, and/or clusters. Requests from active BloxCord Premium subscribers may be prioritized and routed to higher-capacity infrastructure. Routing, capacity, and performance may vary and are not guaranteed.
API endpoints, rate limits, and quotas may change at any time.
Pre-release, beta, experimental, and other non-public features, and any related information, are confidential. You must not disclose, publish, benchmark, or share information about them without our prior written consent, and you may lose access to them at any time.
22. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you violate these Terms, misuse or abuse the Service, initiate a chargeback, or create legal, security, or reputational risk for us or other users, or as required by law.
We may likewise suspend or terminate an Organization, in whole or in part, for the same reasons. Suspending or terminating an Organization may remove access for all of its Members and may result in deletion of the Organization's data after a reasonable period, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
On suspension or termination, you may lose access to the Service and your Content, and we may delete your Content after a reasonable period, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Before we permanently delete your Content following termination, you may request an export of your handbooks and other exportable Content by contacting help@starsol.io within 30 days of termination. After that period, or where we are unable to provide an export, your Content may be permanently and irreversibly deleted. This does not apply where we suspend or terminate for cause, or where providing an export would be unlawful or create a security risk.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your Account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those on payment obligations, User Content licenses granted for retained copies, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund, except as required by the "Paid Plans, Billing, Trials & Cosmetics" section or by applicable law.
Suspension or termination, whether by you or by us, does not entitle you to a refund and does not relieve you of any fees or payment obligations already incurred.
23. Automated Means
We use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to help operate, secure, and support the Service. We may respond to support requests using AI-assisted or automated tools, and human review may not be involved in every response.
We may also use automated systems and AI to detect, investigate, and act on suspected violations of these Terms, including to automatically suspend, terminate, restrict, throttle, or flag Accounts, Organizations, or activity that we suspect of abuse, fraud, security risk, or other violations, with or without prior notice or human review.
Automated decisions may be imperfect and may produce errors. Where you believe an automated action was taken in error, you may contact us at help@starsol.io to request review, and we will consider your request as required by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law regarding automated decision-making.
Where the Service provides AI-assisted or AI-generated features or output, that output is provided "as is," may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose, and is not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying it before relying on or acting on it, especially for moderation, ranking, reputation, or disciplinary decisions.
24. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Roblox or Discord data, analytics, session or reputation calculations, moderation outcomes, or any other output of the Service, and you rely on them at your own risk.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloxCord and its owners, operators, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
26. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BloxCord and its owners, operators, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Service, your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any Roblox, Discord, or other third-party terms or any applicable law.
27. Privacy & Data
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, including Roblox and Discord identifiers, session, geolocation, and telemetry data, billing metadata processed through Stripe, and images stored and delivered through Cloudflare.
The Privacy Policy also describes data retention, how to make deletion and access requests, and how data may be transferred and processed internationally, including the safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, used for cross-border transfers. By using the Service, you acknowledge the data practices described there.
The Service uses cookies, local storage, session keys, and authentication tokens to operate, secure, and remember your session. See our Privacy Policy for details on these technologies and the choices available to you.
Because BloxCord operates in the Roblox ecosystem, we and Organizations may process data about children, including players under the age of 13. We handle children's data in accordance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable law as described in the Privacy Policy, and Organizations are responsible for any parental-notice and consent obligations that apply to their players. If you believe we hold a child's data without a proper basis, contact help@starsol.io.
28. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, together with applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at help@starsol.io and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Except for claims seeking injunctive or equitable relief or seeking to protect intellectual property, any dispute that is not resolved informally will be settled by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its then-current applicable rules, rather than in court. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and BloxCord agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action, except where such a waiver is prohibited by law.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class-action waiver by sending written notice to help@starsol.io within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, and for any claim that may proceed in court, the state and federal courts located in Tennessee will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Where these dispute provisions do not apply to you, disputes will be resolved in those courts under Tennessee law.
To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the claim accrues, or it is permanently barred.
To the extent any dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and BloxCord each waive any right to a trial by jury.
You acknowledge that a breach of the sections on Acceptable Use, Intellectual Property, or confidentiality may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages are inadequate, and that we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief without the need to post a bond, in addition to any other remedies.
29. Export Controls & Sanctions

Interpretation. In these Terms, "including" means "including without limitation," and section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms presented at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and BloxCord regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your Account without our prior written consent, and any attempt to do so is void.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, outages, network or third-party-provider failures, or actions of Roblox or Discord.
Notices. We may provide notices to you by email, in-app notification, or Discord. You must send legal notices to us at help@starsol.io or to Starstruck Solutions LLC, 1007 N Orange Street, #3029, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States of America.
Language. These Terms are drafted in English. If we provide a translation, the English version controls in the event of any conflict.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except as expressly stated, these Terms do not create third-party beneficiary rights. To the extent the Roblox or Discord developer or platform terms require it, Roblox Corporation and Discord Inc. are intended third-party beneficiaries of the provisions of these Terms that relate to your use of their respective platforms and data.
31. Changes to These Terms
